Gold-Nano for the Young researchers - C'Nano Conference in Toulouse
The program will include plenary lectures and parallel sessions on topics at the interface of various research areas: nanochemistry & nanoparticles, nanobiomedicine, nanophotonics & nano-optics, nanoscale heat transfer, nanocomposites, nanosafety, 1D & 2D nanomaterials, nanomagnetism & spintronics... A thematic session specifically dedicated to PhD students and post-docs will be co-organized with the CNRS research network GdR Or-nano.
Two special sessions wil be scheduled. The first one will address the innovation in nanoscience: it is dedicated to researchers, PhD students, post-doctorates and engineers willing to transfer their knowledge and technologies towards industry. It will involve stakeholders of the French innovation ecosystem in Toulouse and Occitanie region. The second one will consist of a round-table on "Art & Sciences".
In addition, a poster session will be opened for contributions and an exhibition area will be organized for sponsors and partners. A ceremony will be also organized to reward best PhD Thesis 2021 in nanoscience as well as best oral and poster presentations.
Great scientific content are already planned with notably talk on "Scientific outreach: why and how?" by Nathalie Lidgi-Guigui (http://nathalie.lidgi.guigui.fr/vulgarisation/ ).
