Team
We are 4 scientists, 2 sales and 1 operations engineer and growing. We love the potential of our technology and want to make it useful with a focus on health and sustainability.
Your mission
You will drive the technical team of the company. In the course of your engagement you will be brought to realize R&D studies for our clients, manage growth of our industrial facilities and work hand-in-hand with our scientific team to get the most value for our clients from our state-of-the-art technology.
Your responsibilities
▪ Execute experiments to deliver feasibility studies
▪ Synthetize feasibility studies’ results for the client facing team
▪ Develop our products and services portfolio in close relationship with our scientific and client facing teams
▪ Define and improve work process on a regular basis
▪ Design industrial assets in relationship with our engineering experts
▪ Recruit new technical team members to constantly adapt our resources to our clients’ needs
Qualification
▪ You are pragmatic
▪ You have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent
▪ You are familiar with nanomaterials and organic compounds
▪ You are a source of solutions and will never stop pushing
▪ You are a team-player willing to build a leader company together
▪ You are reliable, you get things done and you are nice
▪ You are ambitious and can deal with C-level stakeholders
▪ You have strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
